Honestly, i cannot provide great ideas that could boost our purpose. But few things the mission must consider: 1. Engage in Meaningful Discussions on Relevant Topics of the society, addressing contemporary challenges young professionals face (mental health, work-life balance, financial planning, relationships, and career development) from a biblical perspective, create forums or programs where young people can openly share struggles and find practical solutions rooted in faith. 2. Provide Opportunities for Community Impact, shift the focus from internal church activities to external outreach, like community service, mentorship programs, and professional skill-sharing, motivate young professionals to use their talents in ways that directly impact their communities 3. Support Career and Professional Growth, offer networking opportunities, career coaching, and mentorship programs that connect experienced members with young professionals, organize workshops on leadership, entrepreneurship, and workplace evangelism.

As Young Professional conducting outreach program can encourage my fellow YP to get involved in the work and in the ministry.

Well, community service are really of big help rather than just staying at church and do the traditional programs. As Jesus did, we have to reachout for the harvest because we as professionals are blessed enough to have a higher calling in the mission fields God placed us to serve.

During the AY program, young professionals should be given a time to share testimonies, programs, lectures to encourage students to reach out to them for their future challenges as they graduated.

PRAYER MEETINGS BIBLE STUDIES SOCIAL NIGHTS OPEN FORUM MEETINGS

Provide a well-structured seminar to encourage youth engagement in the church. The seminar should offer practical strategies for getting involved, building confidence, and discovering personal talents for ministry. Additionally, create a tailored guide specifically designed for shy or introverted individuals, focusing on steps to help them feel comfortable, valued, and included. Emphasize creating a welcoming environment where everyone feels they belong and can contribute meaningfully, regardless of their personality type.

Focus first to the young one before building more churches. Give the full Support for the youth especially in financial aspect. Dahil jan usually ang struggles in terms of financial support and let the youth do their activities na nameetingan to enhance their spiritual aspect and ibalik natin yung old na more hiking tayo more on activities inside and outside ng church. Ang problem kasi ngayon ang board ang mas nasusunod kesa sa mga program na naiisip ng mga youth na mas mag encourage sa kanila to enhance their relationship sa ating Panginoon. Hope ma address ito na try supportahan ang mga youth bago pagandahin ng pagandahin ang church. Spiritual relationship kay God ang need po natin ngayon hindi po pagpapaganda ng church.
