In my own opinion, AY activities and programs must be substantial and can make a difference to the young professionals and the youth as well. We need to irradicate games and activities that are for enjoyment or for fun only.

As Young Professional conducting outreach program can encourage my fellow YP to get involved in the work and in the ministry.

The traditional AY Program(Bible/song games) needs to stop. Our church should start redesigning our AY Program in way that attends to the needs of the church community by conducting house visitations, community outreach, Bible study guidance & training, outdoor religious activities, spirit of prophecy group study, & more.

I hope the church create new ways or programs on how to spend the AY. Bible games and routinary activities is getting behindi the times already. The quarter aged people needs more.

As a 23-year-old volunteer Adventist young professional, I think the church and AY program could be more relevant by offering practical workshops on managing work, dealing with stress, and balancing faith with our careers. It would be great to have opportunities to connect with others in similar situations and get mentorship. I’d love to see more focus on how our careers can actually be a part of our ministry, helping us feel more empowered to serve while we work.

People know what they do is wrong. But they all have a hard time changing. All they need is a heart that listens, instead of judgements or advices. We just need somebody by our side. We just need a friend. Not a counselor or a lawyer. All people have different opinions. It would be nice to just listen even though you dont agree with it, just listen. It's God's work to change the person. Leave that work to God.
