Work Life Balance
Many young professionals struggle to balance their work schedules with their spiritual commitments.
In office work, because sometimes my supervisor request me to work on sabbath.
Time. Most YP are workaholic. So time management and know how to balance everything, for work and daily devotional life, Sabbath keeping and stewardship.
I am struggling how to practice right time management and to balance everything at home, school and church.

WORK-LIFE BALANCE AND ALSO I AM THE ONLY ADVENTIST IN MY WORK SO I REALLY DONT HAVE A CIRCLE WHEREIN I CAN ATTEND CHURCH OR CHURCH PROGRAMS TO GO WITH.
Stress and Burnout High levels of stress and the risk of burnout can make it difficult to find the mental and emotional energy needed for spiritual practices. Work Environment Not all workplaces are supportive of spiritual expressions, which can make it challenging to integrate faith into daily professional life.

For me one of the challenges, managing my time and how could I become more productive in the ministry even I am serving as a teacher.
The challenges I face right now, is how to balance my time.
Work in the hospital before i was assign in the hemodialysis unit..in the ward i have to work on sabbath.
Young professionals in AY programs often struggle to balance work, personal responsibilities, and church activities. Financial pressures and the feeling that some church programs don’t address their needs—like career guidance or spiritual growth—can leave them feeling disconnected. Generational and cultural gaps in the church may create misunderstandings, and some young adults feel isolated if they don’t have peers in similar life stages. The busyness of work that sometimes I forget to read my bible and have longer prayer time because I am always exhausted. Also, I feel like I have so much role in the church that hinders me to have a time to listen to the messages because I am so busy foreseeing everything. I am so pressured.

My busy schedule, managing my time at work as School Head, as Student in PHD, as a wife, a mother, a church Elder and a Youth leader. Yet even with these challenges I am blessed beyond compare.
The possibility of Saturday classes, differing views and opinions of the older generation regarding what spiritualty truly is, generational gaps between the youth/young adults and older generation, demographic between the youth/young professionals in the church is unequal (less youth and they are likely to be misinterpreted/not supported well during youth activities that are outdoors or activities that are located far from the church vicinity), misunderstandings and miscommunications are common in the church especially between the old and young)
As a young professional and as an Adventist usually I've been busy in my work. Sometimes I forgot or even I don't have time go church every midweek and vesper. That's why I ak working out for to balance my time and to have time in attending midweek and vesper.
Yes, there are time where my faith was being tested because of Saturday class

Time Management due to busy workload
As a young professional I've face different challenges in life such as; Self doubt, financial, and time management. But, despite those challenges I learned to be strong together with my spiritual and faithing to God.
Being a junior doctor is highly time-demanding and inflexible; when I'm on duty on Saturdays, I cannot attend church at all, leaving me feeling disconnected from our church programs.
